OUR VISION

LEADING THE FAITH L.E.A.P. - "JUST FAITH IT"

Leading by EXAMPLE and without EXCEPTION; spiritually and morally, as we UNIFY despite denomination LABELS

Evangelizing endlessly in accordance with our Matthew 28 mandate, being practical and simplistic, "Lifting Up JESUS and allowing His Magnetic Drawing Power."

Assimilating through INTENTIONAL strategic planning & implementation until full manifestation

Proclaiming the WORD of GOD in proclamation, preachment, and practice

OUR MISSION

The two-fold mission of The Faith House is evangelism and discipleship. We are committed to the great commission instituted by Jesus Christ, per the Word of God as articulated in Matthew 28:18-10. We are faithfully focused on ministering mightily to the masses of the unsaved through nurturing, developing, and equipping those that are saved to become Kingdom deputies and expand our evangelistic effort. Each and every endeavor which we engage and enroll is to live out this vision that the Lord has given to us. From in-reach and out-reach programs, community initiatives, stewardship to membership, it has all been for the purpose of being obedient to the commission of Christ.

ABOUT OUR PASTOR

PASTOR WILLIE D. BROWN

Pastor Willie D. Brown presently serves as the proud Senior Pastor/Servant Leader of the Faith United Baptist Church, aka “The Faith House” of O’Fallon, Illinois. He began his preaching ministry at the young age of 12.  Positively impacting a generation of kids, youth and young adults was always his most cherished priority. At the young age of 24, he founded the East St. Louis Save Our City Crusade (S.O.C.C.), whereas he breathed life and hope into over 1000 inner city youth, from the heart of the hood and heat of the streets, by providing opportunities which led to positive national exposure for their theatrical and musical excellence. The focus of this entity was enrolling, embracing and enhancing young lives, while  traveling the length and breadth of this country, displaying the “bright side” of the “east side” from the Midwest metropolitan region. His endless endeavor earned him the title  of  the “Young People’s Pastor” by one of the largest publications in the Midwest.

Always progressively moving forward, he expanded his vision from mentoring and music ministry to founding the WDB Professional Theatrical Touring company, writing, directing and producing “10” national award-winning Gospel Stage Plays, which have toured over 100 cities and counting. His first stage play, “It Takes More than Just Saying No” garnered the prestigious Midwestern Gospel Announcer’s Guild of the Gospel Music Workshop of America “Gospel Music Stage Play of the Year Award.” In his written arsenal, he has authored 4 professionally published books, hosted and produced  2 television shows (Teen Talk) and (Kids Talk), as well as radio shows and filming commercials and interviews with iconic role model figures such as Min. Kirk Franklin, Pastor John P. Kee, the late Bishop Rance Allen, Mary-Mary and Byron Cage.

He also founded a national pro-youth initiative entitled Youth Quake, which spanned more than 2 decades and reached thousands of youths and young adults in several cities. In the professional employment workplace, he served as a Department of Defense (DOD) Equal Employment Officer (EEO) counselor, mediator, and investigator for over 32 years before receiving Early Retirement, 15 years ahead of schedule. On the 4th Sunday in April 2004, he was installed as the  Senior Pastor of the Faith House aka (F.U.B.C.) in O’Fallon, Illinois.
